1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with Authentic HVAC or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all clients, partners,vendors, and users of our services.
2. General Information
Authentic HVAC operates from its registered office in Faridabad and branch office in Panchkula, providing HVAC designing, automation, installation, servicing, maintenance, and genuine spare parts support. For all inquiries, contact us at aashish@authentichvac.com
3. Scope of Services
Authentic HVAC delivers comprehensive HVAC solutions designed for commercial and industrial applications. Our scope includes:
End-to-end HVAC system design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Preventive and corrective maintenance through AMC and CAMC service plans.
Expert repair, servicing, and overhauling of screw and centrifugal compressors.
Supply and replacement of genuine OEM-certified spare parts.Routine and specialized servicing of chillers, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, pumps, and ventilation systems.
4. Authorized Partnerships & Supported Brands
Authorized Blue Star Partner: Authentic HVAC is an Authorized Service Partner for Blue Star Limited, delivering certified support in system design, installation, commissioning, and after-sales service in accordance with brand standards.
Multi-Brand Expertise: In addition to Blue Star, our technical team is fully qualified to service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems from leading brands including Daikin, York, Trane, Carrier, Voltas, Hitachi, Samsung, and other major OEMs.
5. Pricing, Taxes, Quotations & Payments
All prices are exclusive of GST and applicable government taxes
Quotations for projects, spares, and AMC services are subject to site inspection and technical evaluation.
Authentic HVAC (GSTIN: 06ABXFA0445P1ZV) will charge taxes as per law.
Quotation validity applies only for the period mentioned in the proposal.
Payments must be made as per agreed milestones or invoice terms.
Delayed payments may lead to service hold and applicable interest charges.
6. AMC / CAMC Terms
A gap analysis may be conducted before taking over any site to identify system issues or design gaps.
AMC covers routine servicing; major repairs and parts are chargeable unless included in CAMC.
CAMC includes specified parts as per the signed agreement; exclusions will be clearly stated.
Additional visits outside scheduled maintenance are chargeable.
Systems older than 8–10 years may require mandatory part replacements for safety and performance.Response times will be defined in the individual contract agreement, and only genuine spare parts will be supplied.
7.Warranty and Liability
Spare Parts: Warranty on new spare parts supplied by us is subject to the respective manufacturer's warranty terms.
Service Warranty: Service workmanship is covered under a limited warranty; any service-related issues must be reported within 48hours of delivery.
Warranty does not apply to misuse, mishandling, lack of maintenance, voltage fluctuations, electrical or water supply issues, or damage caused by third-party technicians or environmental conditions. Authentic HVAC is not liable for pre-existing system faults, improper usage by the client, downtime losses, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential damages.
Limitation of Liability: Authentic HVAC shall not be liable for damages resulting from pre-existing system faults, improper usage by the client, or force majeure events.
8. Safety & Compliance
All work is carried out as per Indian safety standards and HVAC industry practices.The client shall ensure compliance with site safety norms and regulatory requirements.
9.Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the Authentic HVAC logo, text, and project details, is the property of Authentic HVAC and is protected by copyright laws.
10.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and all disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
